In The Beginning...

There was me...

Imagine that!

Over the years, I've struggled with procrastination and have an unhealthy obsession with all things crafty-ish. I sew, I refinish, I create, I paint, I annoy the hell outta my husband, henceforth known as Bearded Man.

How does all of that tie together, you ask. Well, I am notorious for never finishing a project, therefore having a house full of uncompleted tasks and half-done projects. Now I'm at a point in my life where I have debts I'd love to pay off, an aging car that I baby, a son turning 16 in a couple of years who will no-doubt need a vehicle of some sort and bills that have to be paid! I've spent the past several months becoming familiar with the blogging world. I've been inspired by so many people, with their vast amounts of talent and enthusiasm, not to mention DRIVE! It finally dawned on my, spurred by multiple friends' comments about my own abilities to do all of this and so much more, that I...Ginger, procrastinator-deluxe, full-time government employee (for the benefits, of course), craft supply hoarder, wannabe entrepreneur...have the ability to pay off all of these debts and have a helluva time doing it!

So come along on this journey with me. You'll see me win some (ok, hopefully a LOT), lose some and hopefully learn a lot during the process...both about myself as a person and life as a whole.
